ingres pastel paperA question that we get asked often is about how much dust is produced from Pastel Pencils and what do you do with it?Large areas of pictures such as skies produce a lot of white which is mostly rubbed into the paper or pushed into the paper with the pencil. This is a wonderful thing about the Ingres Fabriano 160gm Pastel Paper, it absorbs the dust well. There is not a lot of dust left over to deal with. We find even people with asthma are fine with the amount of dust produced compared to soft pastel work. How do you find the level of dust from your Pastel Pencil pictures?
